Remote Service Office
Privacy, in plain language.

This page explains how Remote Service Office handles information collected through this website, the intro-request form, and the appointment booking form. For questions or requests about your information, contact remoteserviceofficeco@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you request an intro call, we collect your name, plumbing company, email address, and phone number. We store these details with a request reference, submission time, campaign attribution where supplied, and follow-up status in a private inbox on our server.
When you book an intro call, we collect your name, plumbing company, email address, phone number, selected appointment time, and time zone. We also store the booking’s status, a booking identifier, and its associated Google Calendar event identifier.
We may record the campaign source supplied in the page address, such as the name of an advertising campaign. Please do not put personal or sensitive information in campaign links. Our hosting and booking systems also process technical information, such as IP addresses, request times, and error details, to operate the website, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.
How we use it
We use intro requests to contact you, arrange a conversation, and follow up about our service. Submitting an intro request does not reserve an appointment or send your information to Google Calendar.
We use booking information to arrange and conduct your requested phone call, send a calendar invitation, respond to you, and handle appointment changes. We use booking status and service records to avoid duplicate reservations and keep availability accurate.
Google Calendar and service providers
When online scheduling is available and you book a specific time, appointments are managed in Google Calendar using our business account. Your name, company, email, phone number, and appointment details may be included in the calendar event, and your email is used to request an invitation. Google processes that information under its own privacy terms. Our hosting provider processes website, inquiry, and booking data to run this service.
We do not publish your inquiry or booking information or sell it to advertisers.
Website measurement and cookies
We count basic website events, such as page visits, intro-button clicks, form starts, received inquiries, and booking activity, to understand how the site works. These event counts do not include form contents. We also collect anonymous page-performance measurements, such as loading speed and visual stability, to improve the browsing experience. We do not use marketing cookies or persistent visitor identifiers for this measurement.
The booking page stores a temporary appointment receipt or an in-progress flag in your browser tab to help recover an interrupted booking. It does not store your form details in browser storage. Individual performance samples are kept for up to 90 days; daily aggregate event counts may be retained longer. We respect supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings for optional website measurement.
Storage and security
Inquiry and booking records are stored on our server outside the public website files. Access is limited to operating and supporting the business, and the website uses HTTPS. We keep information as needed for the purpose it was collected, ongoing business requirements, and applicable obligations. Technical measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee complete security.
Your choices
You can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry or booking information. We will review your request and explain any information that must be retained for operational or legal reasons. For appointment changes, email us so we can update the calendar event.
